Perre Magness has studied food and cooking around the world, mostly by eating, but also through serious study. She has done coursework at Le Cordon Bleu London as well as courses in Morocco, Thailand and France. Her kitchen of choice is at home, experimenting with unique but practical ideas. As well as her deep and abiding interest in food, Perre has qualifications in International Relations and a Masters in Anthropology from Oxford University.
